And it looks pretty cool. I've been also watching loads of tutorial to understand how a few software works: Unity tutorials, Unity Adventure Creator tutorial, Daz 3D tutorial, ZBrush tutorial. I'd seen a video about a game I've played, "Dreamfall - the Longest Journey"; apparently the next episode of this game has been made with Unity and it's an Adventure 3D game. I love the way it looks and the gameplay it's something I might be interested in, for my FMP. To create something like it I necessary have to understand how to create 3D characters: if I can't make them, I'll switch back to the platform game. Daz 3D has been helpful so far, in order to create a character without any experience. I exported it to Zbrush and 3Ds Max. Unfortunately, Zbrush is behaving weirdly and I couldn't save the work I've done on it, for some reason. 3Ds Max it's quite ok, even if the model isn't perfect. Well, this is the result:
Human model made with Daz3D, clothes and textures with 3ds Max. No hair for now, on Max they look weird. The animation it's on a whole different level, I have to understand it as well. This is probably my goal for next week. Brace myself, uf.
